This princess who travels at my side
Has a love for diamonds she cannot hide
But I’m not a connoisseur for the glory of riches
I’m just here for her and my chin needs stitches
Falling for her meant a trip to hit ground afar by a ride we hitched
For I’m a clumsy yet resourceful while she’s courageous & strong
I have reservations around her words in a diamond song
Yet I could listen to her voice all day and all night long
We’ve arrived in the Congo from Great Britain
In the jungle it’s best to stay quiet and listen
Many dangers are lurking within the trees
Oh no, I just let out a sneeze
I’m swatting at these incessant bees
She is angry at me and says, “BE QUIET!...
I know the diamonds place but the locals wish to hide it.”
